Access is quite unique! From the tarred road, there is a right
of way, via a track across a field, to a spot where the previous
owner parked his car. This is about 100 metres from the house.
From hereon the road becomes a small river, with steep sides,
which is drivable by a tractor or modest four wheel drive vehicles.
There is a footpath alternative for this part.
The outbuildings are in generally good condition. A stream
flows close to the front of the house, under the courtyard
and into the river/road. One for the adventurous seeking peace
and quiet.
